Matthieu Komorowski MD PhD is a Clinical Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine at Imperial College London and an honorary consultant (US equivalent: attending physician) in intensive care and anaesthetics at Charing Cross Hospital in London. He holds full board certification in anaesthesia and critical care in both France and the UK.

He completed a Master of Research and a PhD in Bioengineering at Imperial College London. In 2016/2017, he was a visiting scholar at the Laboratory for Computational Physiology at Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology, and an associate of Harvard University where he taught on applications of machine learning in healthcare.

He now leads a research group at Imperial College London, developing and deploying decision support systems to assist physicians when treating critically ill patients in the hospital.
