Dr Shah Islam is an academic interventional neuroradiologist with an interest in neuro-oncology. He currently works as clinical research fellow in AI brain imaging at Imperial College London. Having graduated from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, he underwent combined clinical academic training at Barts, followed by appointment as an NIHR academic clinical fellow at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. Dr Islam’s sub-specialist training was on the Pan-London fellowship at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square. He is also a Senior Consultant at the Digital Health Consultancy, Hardian Health advising digital health start-ups across scientific validation, regulation, capital fund raising and go-to-market strategy.
