Paul specialises in helping organisations get the most from their digital transformation journey with an emphasis on the field of digital health. He obtained his Ph.D in Biochemistry with an early focus on the emergent fields of bioinformatics and IT. He subsequently completed a Grad. Dip. Business (Organisational Development) and his 35 year career path in research, government, private sector and now tertiary education has been a journey in fusing the people and informatics aspects of these disciplines together. He is currently appointed as A/Prof at Deakin University where he is a sessional lecturer in Health Informatics. He is also an independent consultant specialising in Digital Health and in his spare time enjoys long board surfing, and street photography.
